About Me
Part 1
I was born on a snowy afternoon on March 21st,
in the Bronx, New York.
My mother called me a chatterbox because I talked a lot.
I learned to read at any early age.
I loved my collection of Little Golden Books that we bought
at the A & P market.
This is me when I was four years old.
I had so much fun with Dick and Jane,
and I read all of Carolyn Haywood’s books. Betsy was my favorite character. 
In second grade, I knew I wanted to be a writer and a photographer.
